Association Monthly Fees
are due on the 1st of each month, dues
not received by the 15th of the month will incur a late fee of $25. Send

Architectural Stipulation – any change, alteration, addition or
replacement made to a townhouse exterior must be recommended by the
Architectural Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. All
homeowners are required to comply with these requirements.

Applications for Exterior Changes – must be submitted no later
than the 20th of the month to be acted upon by the Architectural
Committee and be on the next month’s Board Agenda. |
